What are limited editions?

Limited editions mean that the photos we are selling are only available in limited quantities, and once those quantities are sold out they will not be offered at the same sizes ever again.  The larger the size the low the copy number.

Where do the prints ship from?

The print shop that we use is based in the UK. They ship worldwide via DHL courier.

What is your returns policy?

We strive for 100% satisfaction, so if you have any issues please contact us immediately and we will do whatever we can to rectify any concerns.  If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, you will be offered the option of shipping back the print (at your expense) and a full refund will be issued. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item you received is damaged.  Please ensure you contact us prior to sending any return.

What if my print arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will work with you to get a new print from the drop-shipper, or to find a reasonable alternative.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If there is no justification (i.e. damage to the item) you are responsible for the shipping costs. 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Do remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund above and beyond this timeframe. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us and we will help resolve any issue.

Gifts

If you would like to order a print as a gift, please be aware that there will be no invoice or other indication of the cost of your purchase if you ship directly to the recipient.  If you would like to add a personalized message, please reach out and we can do our best to help you include this.
