Shipping Information

Shipping is offered worldwide, from our printer based in Europe. All shipping is by courier, so prints should arrive promptly after ordering (typically 7-10 days, although this is not guaranteed). We can't offer an absolute guarantee, we operate on a
best endeavors basis and we cannot refund orders that do not. Our DHL global express couriers are reliable and fast and deliver within a week to most countries. In order make our prints affordable for most customers, costs for prints are as follows:

EU and UK: 10 USD

USA, Canada and the EEA: 20 USD

Shipping to other regions is based on DHL rates, and will be indicated at checkout

For framed pictures, shipping costs are higher due to the more delicate nature of the item. Costs will be based on DHL rates and indicated at checkout.

Note that by default DHL shipping will be sent with a signature required for delivery.  You will receive an email from DHL when your shipment is on the way with the option to release the package without a signature; it is up to you whether to take advantage of this.

Please be aware that our Print Store is based in the UK.  If your country charges import taxes or duty (for example, Canada), this will be charged by DHL during the shipment process.  Any associated costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, and are not included in the price you pay when checking out on our website.
